Just now, I experienced another great teleclass called “Intention”. That’s a subject that fascinates me for a while now. I’ve read Lynne McTaggart’s book “The Intention Experiment” and I attended her workshop, with some amazing results.

In the workshop, we sat around in a circle of about 8 people with one person in the middle with some physical problem. We quickly got into a meditative state and consciously were setting an intention to relieve the discomfort. In advance, we took some time to find right words for that. The results were astonishing, varying from people who had a bit of relief, to people who were instantly free of the discomfort. In almost all cases the discomfort grew larger first and then it then quickly diminished in strength.

Think about this. With our intentions, which are focused thoughts, we can literally change our physical reality. That’s immensely powerful. It gets even more powerful if more people set the same intention together, being in an aligned state.

So, back to the teleclass. One of the takeaways for me was that it’s a great idea to take a minute before you start a day, some work or a meeting and set an intention for that. In my case, I’m using not only words, but visualizations as well. If you tend to think more in sounds or in feelings, use that too. It enhances the outcome.

The intention is a powerful vibration that wants to happen. Because of the magnitude of the vibration, you’re attracting it right into your life.

A real challenge for me is to not get stressy when an intention for example about work is not achieved. I’m going to practice reflecting on the intention and be gentle with myself :-)
